General Terms and Conditions of “spainworkers” for Consulting for Immigrants Wishing to Establish Themselves as Self-Employed Individuals in Spain
1. Object of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to provide advisory and consulting services to immigrants interested in establishing themselves as self-employed individuals in Spain.
2. Scope of Activity
“spainworkers” undertakes to provide advice on legal, fiscal, and administrative matters to facilitate the process of becoming self-employed in Spanish territory.
3. Obligations of the Client
The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information about their personal, legal, and financial situation. Likewise, they commit to following the recommendations and guidelines provided by “spainworkers” to carry out the establishment process correctly and legally.
4. Liability of “spainworkers”
“spainworkers” assumes the responsibility of providing accurate and up-to-date information, as well as guiding the Client in fulfilling the legal and fiscal requirements necessary to establish themselves as self-employed in Spain. However, “spainworkers” is not liable for possible changes in legislation that may affect the Client’s situation.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
The fees for advisory services will be agreed upon in a separate contract. The Client commits to making the payment according to the agreed conditions and deadlines.
6. Duration of the Contract
The contract will have a specific and determined duration, which will be agreed upon between the parties.
7. Confidentiality
“spainworkers” undertakes to treat all information provided by the Client confidentially and not to disclose it to third parties without the express consent of the Client, unless required by law.
8. Termination of the Contract
Either party may terminate the contract in the event of a serious breach by the other party. In case of termination, the conditions and deadlines for the conclusion of the services will be agreed upon.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes related to this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
These General Terms and Conditions are valid from [Date] and may be amended by “spainworkers” at any time. The Client will be notified in writing of any changes. The version of the GTC in force at the time of contract conclusion shall apply.
